Welcome to the Property Office Valuation Rzeczoznawca24. Our company specializes in the valuating of the real estate (apartments, houses, business premises) machines and equipment.
We conduct energy audits and prepare energy certificates for all types of buildings according to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 6, 2008.
Piotr Figiel, a real estate appraiser from Cracow, is known for his professionalism and diligence of the works he performs. According to Polish legal regulations, only a person qualified in terms of a property appraiser can conduct a real estate appraisal.
